The Elbow boat launch is part of the Provincial Park system and all users are required to have a Provincial Park Pass to use the launch. This is no different than the launch at Coteau Bay or any other launch that is not controlled by a park gate. At Coteau Bay if you don't have a seasonal park pass you must use the self pay booth to purchase a day or seasonal pass or risk the possibility of a ticket. The simplest way to avoid the hassle of paying to use the boat launch is, purchase your Saskatchewan Provincial Park seasonal pass before the tournament and have it displayed in your vehicle.
