Additional nominations to any of the above
positions can be submitted by email until midnight, Friday, November 18th at
which time nominations will be closed. A final call for nominations
from the floor will be made at the AGM but will only be accepted from
members in good standing attending the meeting. Qualification for
office shall be any member in good standing,
nominated by one other member in good standing. A member in good
standing is any member that has a 2011 membership purchased on or before
September 8th, 2011. |
